As Ichi picks down the Yakuza one by one, Kakihara steps up his hunt for him and his controller, Jijii.

A young lady named Marta dies in a terrible automobile crash and is taken to the morgue thereafter. Two morticians clock out later that night, but one of them stays behind and locks himself in the autopsy room so he may be alone with Marta’s freshly-deceased body.

By slowly undressing and fondling the body, the examiner gradually becomes thrilled, mutilating and eventually abusing the corpse with excitement while snapping horrific photos with his camera. When everything has concluded, the guy packs up another gruesome souvenir and travels back to his house.
