Scotty Cameron is releasing two new limited-edition mallet putters, the Monoblok 6 and 6.5, milled from solid blocks of 303 Stainless steel.

As midsized mallet putters continue to gain popularity among golfers looking to add forgiveness to their short game, Scotty Cameron is releasing two new limited edition offerings, the Monoblok 6 and 6.5.

If you are a Scotty Cameron aficionado, you might recognize that the shape of the Monoblok is inspired by the original GoLo mallet, which was released a decade ago and is still played by a number of pros including J.T. Poston, the winner of the 2022 John Deere Classic.

The new Monoblok designs come with two distinct neck and shaft combinations to offer stroke-fitting options for golfers across the board. The “6” references the putter’s dimensions that fit between the GOLO 5 and 7 head shapes.

The new Monoblok putters continue to build on Scotty Cameron’s proven multi-material construction method to increase MOI without sacrificing feel. The milled 6061 aircraft aluminum sole plate pushes mass away from the center of the putter head while the steel heel and toe weights optimize forgiveness.

“Before these go out to Tour, I wanted to make a special run,” said Scotty Cameron. “We all like options, so one comes with a single mid-bend shaft configuration, and the other with our jet neck for guys looking for a little more toe flow. In keeping the color palette clean and monotone, as well as the extensive milling process from solid stainless steel, the name Monoblok just fit.“

The Monoblok 6 offers a mid-bend shaft for a nearly face-balanced setup, while the 6.5 is designed with a short slant jet neck to offer slightly more toe flow, aka toe hang. The 6.5 will have a small number of left-handed models produced.

Both putters come in a misted stainless steel finish and include a Pistolero Plus grip and a Monoblok headcover.
